Always choose this place for my stay. Helpful staff. Perfect for me, with Wi-Fi, car park, luggage storage, lounge, dining. No pets allowed. Non-smoking rooms. Coming back for trip. First-class!

The little extras in the room, like rugs on the floor and vases of albeit artificial flowers and plants, added a personal touch that made this hotel stand out from the typical chain hotels. It felt like a home away from home, a nice relaxing place that we would definitely return to. The decor was lovely, creating a pleasant ambiance throughout the hotel. The food was amazingly tasty, with traditional meals served for breakfast and dinner, adding an element of surprise and delight to our dining experience. The staff were friendly, helpful, and spoke very good English, making communication easy. The room was spacious, well-furnished, and spotlessly clean, with regular linen and towel changes. The location was perfect, with easy access to the mountains and amenities such as restaurants and supermarkets. The hotel also provided a good bus network for getting around. this hotel offered fantastic value for money and exceeded our expectations. Can't wait to come back in warmer weather!

We noticed a slight cigarette smell in some areas of the hotel, despite signs indicating that it should be smoke-free.

I had a great value for my money at Family Hotel Bansko. The room was spacious and comfortable, and I enjoyed the Alpine feel of the hotel. The staff were friendly and always helpful.
The only thing that could make the breakfast better at the hotel was more variety in the food options.
